Glassware Engraving
Even though we cannot etch round glasses, we can engrave them with text, providing the glassware is flat on the top and does not have ridges or other obstructions down the sides.

Sublimation
We also create beautiful plaques, plates and badges with a Full Color process known as sublimation. This process uses heat to transfer images and text to either gold, silver or white plates.

Guarantee
All engraving is guaranteed to be accurate provided it is sent to us via email or clearly printed or typed and sent via fax. If we make a mistake in the engraving that is taken via email or fax, we will redo it at no charge to you. If the mistake is yours, we will redo it, however, you will be charged for new material and engraving. Please do not send your engraving until you have carefully checked the spelling. Engraving taken over the phone is NOT guaranteed.

Shipping
We can ship by UPS or Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the customer. Priority is usually 2-3 days to you after it leaves our shop. We charge actual shipping costs which will be determined after the order is ready to go depending on method of shipping, weight and destination.

Turn Around
Our standard turn around time is 10 working days (2 weeks). However, most small orders are usually completed in 5 working days. On very large orders or special requests, turn around time may be more than 10 days.

Rush Orders
We do provide a rush service. It depends on the availability of the particular item(s) you need and how fast you need it. Rush charges and freight costs will apply.

Catalogs
We do not print catalogs. We believe in having as little overhead as possible while providing you with the best service and prices. All of our products, however, are viewable online.
